Acknowledgement of Traditional Owners
The House of Theia exists on the land of the Wathaurong people, we acknowledge the Wathaurong as traditional owners of the land where we live. We offer respect to Wathaurong people and their elders past, present and emerging. We also acknowledge and support the Uluru ‘Statement from the Heart’ and join the call for the establishment of a ‘First Nations Voice’ in the Australian Constitution and a ‘Makarrata Commission’ to supervise a process of ‘agreement-making’ and ‘truth-telling’ between governments and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
